The column to the right, is a news/editorial/comment column. It is a weblog, also know as a blog.
The weblog thing comes from www.blogger.com, which offers us a convenient way to manage the posting, administratively. You don't really need to know all of that, but we have included this explanation so that you won't be confused by the term "blog".
Another important topic here is that since the column includes editorials and comments, you can be sure that we are just exercising our free speech rights as guaranteed by the Constitution and as not yet abridged by a reactionary opportunistic vocal minority.

Big Ownership Battle in Delaware's Chancery Court this Week
It's kind of fun having Wilmington, Delaware, referred to as an
otherwise obscure outpost of corporate America. That's what the Independent.co.uk is calling it in an article about a shareholder's battle:
This week's case will hear a lawsuit brought by Hollinger International, which seeks to stop Lord Black selling his 73 per cent voting stake in the company held through Hollinger Inc to Sir David and Sir Frederick Barclay - a surprise deal that was sprung on the world last month. Lord Black is countersuing to safeguard the transaction. It should make for a couple of interesting days around the courthouse. I'll see if I can get some snapshots.
